She is IIRC certified in Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Julia Ann considers it an honor and a privilege to work for the business that her parents created. Both Disaster Plus customers and employees alike have praised Julia Ann for possessing one the strongest work ethics. She says she loves the work that she does, “Because it involves helping people, which yields a priceless reward.” In her free time, Julia Ann enjoys being with friends and writing and performing her original music on the piano.
