I’m getting a 404 error when trying to access the Start page (Techbook)

This can happen for a number of reasons. One of the easiest ways to fix this is by going to:

http://disasterplus247.com/admin

and try logging back in as “Tech”. If you still get a 404 error when trying to access this page, try deleting all of your cookies and internet browsing history, and then go back to the URL above and log back in.


I see the files on Google Drive, but they aren’t showing up on Tiger (Server)

This most likely occurs when Insync, the program used for syncing information from Google to the Server, is not turned on or lost connection to the server. To fix this, go to the front desk computer, and launch the application “Insync”

Once open, there still may be an issue with Insync finding Tiger. Therefore, go to the bottom left of the screen, and click Account Settings. Then click on the INSYNC FOLDER LOCATION and click the SELECT… button.  There, you can re-locate the Tiger location so the sync can continue.
