I can't thank the caring people at Disaster Plus enough!!! They came to my kids rescue on a Saturday morning when a pipe had burst in the kitchen and the whole house stood in water. We have, unfortunately, had to use Disaster Plus twice in two separate instances. There are not enough words to write about how wonderful this company is. They are responsive, professional, caring, quick, and do an excellent job walking you through everything. We cannot thank Julia and the Disaster Plus team enough for all of their help. This is my second time using a remediation company for an interior ceiling leak and Disaster Plus’ service was OUTSTANDING! My first experience was so bad that I dreaded calling these folks but they were prompt, professional, polite and efficient. Best of all, they did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done! I have not yet received my bill so I cannot comment on their pricing but quality of their work is top notch. I definitely recommend them to do an excellent job remediating any water damage you may have.
The folks at Disaster Plus have been very responsive and thorough in the water mitigation at my house. They restoration technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the restoration, each providing me with valuable explanation and insight into everything they were doing so I fully understood and felt comfortable with the end result. Above all I truly appreciated everyone, both when at my home and over the phone with office personnel, because they were extremely friendly in providing insight and guidance throughout the process.
We had an unexpected water leak in a downstairs office/guest room closet. We called Disaster Plus in a recommendation from a previous customer. They told me to get a plumber to find the leak and fix it, then they would come out. They were prompt, professional, very courteous. They checked the damage, explained what needed to be done and provided a detailed proposal. We scheduled the work, they were prompt, thorough, professional and again very courteous. We are very satisfied with their work. We definitely will recommend them to others.
Called Disaster Plus after finding water coming through the ceiling from the water heater in our attic. Paul from Disaster Plus was here within an hour and began drying up the water. Several fans and dehumidifiers were placed around and he came back the next morning to check everything. Zack came the next day to check and Richard came today and checked for any dampness and removed all the equipment. All 3 men went above and beyond to take care of the problem. Any future issues, we would call Disaster Plus without hesitation. Each visit the men were here absolutely at the time they said would arrive.
I had used a competitor firm for a similar issue several years ago. They fixed the issue but would not give me an estimate in advance. I was finally able to get one of the employees to give me a range. When the work was complete in the expected time, I got a bill for four times the estimate. I called and told the other firm that something was wrong but they insisted it was correct and stated that that's the way it is with emergency work. I finally found the error on my own and got the bill corrected, but it was still twice the original estimate.

They are responsive. genuine, caring, honest, prompt, technically astute, and clear at communicating. I had an upstairs bathroom water overflow that damaged the downstairs bathroom, as well as a foyer with plaster ceiling. They quickly responded same day, and had to demolish my walls and ceiling for the downstairs room the second day. They did a great job, removing hardware and lighting, as well as moving toilet. They managed to save wall tiles. The office is very responsive and kind, and I really appreciated the human voice on the phone. I would have no problem using them again (I hope never), and would recommend them without reservation. Great family business you can count to give you the best service.
